For thousands of years, the Xinwei River , known as "Xingying River" and "Longxi" in ancient times, has nurtured generations of Yongzhou people, and the Tonggupi Water Conservancy (founded in 1049) irrigated With thousands of acres of fertile land, the Nanning Xinwei River Environmental Comprehensive Improvement Project PPP project started construction in 2017 and entered the commercial operation period on January 1, 2021.
