On the occasion of on May 18 International Museum Day in 2022, in order to fully demonstrate the historical and cultural heritage, humanistic style, and glimpse of the activities of Opium War Museum, and show the humanistic feelings of the Opium War Museum, etc., we held the "The Power of the Museum" photography competition.

Let’s take a look at the beautiful pictures of the “Humen Lin Zexu Memorial Hall” today. It is located in the southeast of Humen Townkou Village. It is composed of a gatehouse with the charm of a fort, an exhibition building, an anti-English sculpture group statue, an old site of the Lin Zexu Scanning Pool, a bronze statue of Humen Opium Monument, an open-air display of anti-English cannons, etc. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has a construction area of 2,500 square meters. The basic display is the exhibition of " Humen Scanning Pool ". The environment of the museum is picturesque, with clear water, green grass, beautiful flowers and birds singing, quiet and unique.
More than a hundred years ago, a ban on smoking that shocked China and the world, a soul-stirring national epic opened by the Humen Smoking Pool. Today, the fireworks sold on on the 6.26 International Anti-Drug Day will still be lit here.
