After graduating from university, he went to Zouxian Power Plant, the largest thermal power plant in the country. He was diligent and knowledgeable. He soon worked as an engineer in the factory. He worked for 40 years and was a "firefly" in the power industry. With his meager strength, he illuminated thousands of households and devoted his life to the power industry!
Mr. Zong Xuelu retired gloriously in 2008. The first thing he did was to sign up for the photography class of Zoucheng Senior Citizens University. Since then, he has become a relationship with photography and began his second spring in art. For fifteen years, I have loved photography, traveled all over China and into the world, stared at the world with an untrained and undisciplined gaze, ignoring the conventional meaning relationships, and freely creating emotions, beauty and symbols on objects...
Mr. Zong Xuelu's photography works never actively create a moral theme, nor cater to some mainstream aesthetic standards or conceptual expressions. Those photos are more like an extension of his own emotions, a pure aesthetic, and an excessive and powerful sensibility that needs to be vented and stored in the photos.
