Memory Pictures is an OS X application that lets you do just that. Photos taken with digital cameras support a wide variety of information, including all the settings used when taking photos using the EXIF header. Nested within the EXIF header are GPS coordinates and the user's annotation settings.
The iPhone comes with a great camera, and like many smartphones, it is used extensively as a camera. One wonderful thing is that the iPhone comes with GPS and embeds the location of the photo into the photo so you can look back in time and know where those great memories were captured. This is fine if the subject is right in front of you, but sometimes we do take photos from a distance, but the phone only records the GPS of where you are standing.
This is where memory pictures come in handy. It helps you:
* Add/modify the GPS coordinates embedded in the photo
* Add/modify the place, address and country in the photo to personalize it
* Add/modify your personal note or story in the photo like this You don't need to keep separate notes for photos
* Add/modify photo keywords
* Supports exporting the coordinates and annotation list of all photos to CSV files. The CSV format is as follows: file name, date, latitude, longitude, GPS coordinates, location, address, country, remarks
It's easy to find your photo location using memory images, you don't need to know the latitude and longitude of the location.
