This year our boss has entered the first grade. I used to work in kindergarten with these two children. The child will follow me to school in the morning. Arrive at school at about 7 o'clock. Not sure at night. I usually get off work at 6 o'clock, but because I have another job, I work overtime often. It is normal to go home at 10/11 pm. So in this way, the child followed me and his sleep time was greatly reduced. Moreover, my children go to kindergarten and eat three meals a day, so after get off work, I rarely cook for them.
Sometimes I am anxious when I work overtime, and I rush to work the next day. My child is often urged to go to school and occasionally cry.
Actually, now I think about it, why my two daughters are short. There is also a reason.
So I resigned decisively this year.
The boss is promoted to the first grade. I need to prepare her meal in the morning. Moreover, at the beginning, there were a lot of work in the class, so I also needed to reply to teacher information regularly.
There are many benefits after resigning.
As soon as possible, children's sleep is at least guaranteed. The eldest brother left home to school at 7:30 and got up at 7:00 and washed and had dinner. The second child is in kindergarten and you can enter the kindergarten at 8 am. In this way, when I sent my eldest son to school, my second son could sleep at home for a while.
Secondly, the children are in a good mood. I used to arrive at kindergarten at 7 o'clock. So the child got up at about 6:30. The eldest brother was promoted to the first grade, got up early, and he had to follow me in kindergarten for a while before sending him to school.
In the past, I often urged my children to be late for work, and even lost my temper with them, but now I don’t. I will patiently wake them up and wash them up. Sometimes I will order a takeaway for my children. And takeaway is also very nutritious.
They won’t cry because I get angry, nor will they say that I am a mother who often gets angry.
Three times, I feel much better and the pressure is not that great. In the past, I worked overtime especially. If you can't take care of your own children, your children often bump into each other. Now there is no pressure at work and I feel much better. Before, my aunt couldn't get out of here, and it took several days to do it. Basically, it takes about 8 days in one cycle, and the amount is particularly small. Now, my aunt has just dropped it, and the amount is much higher than before.
Then, after resigning, there will be corresponding losses. The main reason is that I have no source of income. In the past, I was in kindergarten, and I had to spend about 3,000 yuan a month, but now I may not have a penny for a month. In cities, life pressure is still relatively high, and children have a lot of expenses in all aspects.
You cannot have both fish and bear's paws, there will always be losses and gains. No matter how you choose in life, you will regret it. But compared to losing, if the party obtained is more and more valuable, I should also choose the party that is relatively valuable.
Generally speaking, the family value brought by not working after resigning is greater and better for children. For the economy, first, I can increase revenue and reduce expenditure, second, my husband still has a job, and third, my family can also provide some help. This way, it is more cost-effective for me not to work.
