So what are the disadvantages of children playing with mobile phones?
1. Easy to be nearsighted. The blue light of the mobile phone screen will cause damage to the eyes, especially at night when the lights are turned off, the damage is doubled.

The first step: Be ruthless enough. From the day I decided to help my son quit using his cell phone, my wife and I made a three-part agreement that I would take custody of my cell phone every night when I came back.
