Time flies, and the years pass by, and it has been 3 years since I came back from Guangzhou in a blink of an eye. After 3 years of epidemic, I have not been very happy or sad. As my experience accumulates, I have become much more mature and stable. When I was bored, I often remembered the days when I was in Guangzhou. I just had a break today. I picked up the phone and called Manager Chen Jinrong to talk about the past. I asked some of my former colleagues, Xie Jiekai, Su Fengcai, are you all okay?
bit by bit, looking back in my heart, but only the managers Chen Jinrong and Zhou Zhongying remained in touch, and of course the name Cikang.
Think about it, a few of us moved from Kang Yu to Cikang, recruiting and training, and a new factory from scratch was born in our busy schedule. Later, laundry detergent workshop, skin care workshop and makeup workshop were established respectively. We watched the team grow stronger and stronger, and we were training and divided into departments. We worked together to finally have large-scale production, and we took steps and carried out huge pressure every day to complete our work goals in an orderly manner.

Under the leadership of Manager Chen, we even repeatedly overproduction, far exceeding the boss' expectations. Life and work do not make us very relaxed, but it allows us to have a very happy time. We work together, our hearts are closely connected, and we work together on the front line, and we are full of encouragement and trust.
A few short years have made me grateful to Manager Chen for the rest of my life. She is both my immediate boss and my sister, and she has absolute trust in me at work. In life, because I like running marathons, no matter where I go, she will send me a message as soon as possible, encouraging me, supporting me, and always seeing the shining side. I always feel how happy it is to have such a good boss.
There is a landscape between people. I have been to your world, and my world has changed me since then because of you. Later, for various reasons, I had to leave Cikang. During the days when I went home, no matter what setbacks I encountered in life, whenever I looked back at those years in Cikang, I would hold my head up and tell myself, what are I afraid of? Manager Chen said that gold shines everywhere? We should never give up on ourselves at any time, because there are always reasons to make you happy, and there are always reasons to keep you happy.

Of course, I am also very grateful to Manager Zhou who worked together at that time. We are all used to calling him Teacher Zhou. He is not only good at writing, but also good at running. We know each other because we all love running. He likes to listen to me tell some stories about life, cultivate my writing ability, and thus give me more enthusiasm and insights about life. He always records every bit of us in Cicada and publishes articles to us regularly. Nowadays, I am still used to opening those chapters every once in a while to find the scene of my struggle.
