Observing myself, I can’t do many aspects. For example, in terms of work and money, I feel that I have not practiced well and are not ideal. I hope you can give some advice.

There is a life in front of you, there is a life in your imagination, the life in front of you cannot keep up with what you imagined, your heart abandons the life in front of you, from the imagined life, thus your distress, your dissatisfaction, and the factor at which all kinds of suffering begins...
Have you noticed how your idea came about? I just got you noticed. Sometimes we just notice how an idea comes about, and we can avoid the powerful driving effect of that idea.
We have expectations in our lives, and expectations are often what our minds do not see or see in front of us, and follow our imagination without thinking. To me, expectation is a loss, which makes us look like a state of sleepwalking, completely ignoring the things in front of us and following the state of dreams. Expectation is a manifestation of a person living in a binary state. If your mind is in a "one" state, there will be no such situation as good or bad, yes or not, should or should not, so that we can be exempted from a lot of suffering.
I'm not saying you can't have expectations, I just want you to understand the process of expectations occur or happening. Conscious expectations, expectations will become completely different.

Work or money is a law of cause and condition, and secular life is a law of cause and condition. If you want to change in your secular life, work or money, you have to play with the law of cause and condition, discover more causes, discover more causes, and then let them "gather", and things can be achieved. Behind these discoveries and conditions, as well as the process and motivation of letting them "gather" is your mind and mind power - and this depends on the karma you created in the past, and your current purity and awareness of your mind.

The root of these external things is in our hearts, and everything is the root of our hearts, sprouting, blooming and bearing fruit. Knowing the mind, understanding the mind, purifying the mind, and following the mind are what we are potential and ultimately going to do. Hidden into your mind, understand its state, understand what it really wants, see its karma, and be aware of its essence and content.
Our hearts are often in dreams, in fictional realms. Before we wake up, we often want what we don’t want; when we wake up, we want what we already have—what we already have is what we want, whether it’s poverty, disease or any condition.
The sage is content with his current situation, no matter what that is. Poor or rich, begging on the street or enjoying a good meal at home, working hard or on a hurry... Everything is exactly what it is, he silently looks with reality, affectionately, like the confrontation between lovers, where there is joy, happiness and desire to embrace.
For many people, the reality is his wife, who is either dissatisfied with her or turns a blind eye to her. For a person who wakes up from his own life, reality becomes his lover. He stands opposite it, looks at each other with affection, and then hugs passionately - no matter what reality, that woman is beautiful or ugly, good or bad, everything becomes beautiful, because the lover's eyes are filled with Xi Shi.

Can you show Xi Shi in the eyes of your lover in life? Such a life, even a dream, is a beautiful dream. If our lives have to dream, I hope to have a beautiful dream through your understanding of your own mind karma and nature. Buddha Image in the head, scene in the head. The goal of a good teacher’s life is not change, but cognition. Bless you.
