found the B10 edition of Guangzhou Daily on November 8, 2003 on Ocean Network, and enlarged the two photos below "Years: Echoes of Zheng Di" one by one. I stared at the little girl standing in the helmsman of the boat, holding the bamboo pole and laughing with mixed feelings. She used to be my good colleague and friend at Jingkou Farm. Unfortunately, I lost contact due to work transfer. For more than 20 years, I have been trying to find her and have a good gathering. I never expected that at the farm educated youth gathering on November 9, 2003, I learned from another friend that she had left us forever not long ago! Looking at the innocent little girls in the old photos, it seemed that she was among them. At Jingkou Farm, we have had countless days when we peeled the cane pods, chopped the cane, and bundled it to the sugar factory. We often stuffed the sweet cane meat into our mouths like them because of their slander... Time is ruthless! Life is nothing more than those dozens of spring and autumn , but Jingkou Farm has been divided into ten years! And it is the most valuable ten years! Our golden age was where the growth of sugarcane was accompanied by the flooding of loess. Now, we are all old! It seems that we have completed our historical mission. Some are laid off and some are retired. The rushing blood slowed down the flow rate, and the high enthusiasm seemed to slowly extinguish due to insufficient fuel. But when I dreamed at midnight, the familiar past events appeared in my mind. We seemed to be still young! In this life, we cannot forget this day------November 6, 1968!
