Combination of work and rest is good for physical and mental health

"What I see is good and beautiful is that people eat and drink all the days of their life and enjoy the benefits of working under the sun; because this is his share."

The time used to establish and maintain physical and mental health is the most valuable. ...It is easy to lose health, but it is difficult to recover. …We cannot afford to cause atrophy or disability of a certain function of the body and mind due to excessive use or abuse of any part of the body’s machinery.

Those who make great efforts to complete so much work in a specific time and continue to work hard when their reason tells them that they should rest will not succeed. They live on borrowed capital. They are wasting the vitality they need in the future. When they needed the energy they squandered, they failed because of lack. ...The time has come to need them, but their physical resources have been exhausted. Everyone who violates the law of health will one day suffer more or less loss.

They are tired and aging under excessive hard work and fatigue. This is not a burden placed on them by heaven, but a consequence of what they violated the laws of nature forbidden to do.

We are not obligated to overwork. Some people sometimes need this, but this can only be regarded as an exception, not as a rule. ... If we respect the Son of Man by doing our duty, He must also be responsible for keeping us healthy. ... By practicing temperance in eating, dressing, labor, and in all things, we can do for ourselves anything that a doctor cannot do for us.

Don’t try to put two days of work in one day. Health is a priceless treasure, it is the most precious wealth a man can obtain. If abundance, honor and knowledge are exchanged at the expense of health,The price is really too great. Without health, none of these gains can bring happiness to people.
