I believe that the friends who clicked in are also in an anxious work or life like me. Even so, they don’t have the confidence to leave if they want. Most people are more willing to endure, as long as they are not the worst that moment. This is reality, this is life.

In the last article, I wrote about my current job situation. Although I don't like this job, I still insist on it. This state has had a great impact on my life. I started to sigh and cry often, and even brought these negative emotions home and often lost my temper with my family and so on.

Calm down and think about what happened to you? Sooner or later, you will get sick. Thinking of this, I think I can’t continue like this anymore, what should I do? Until one day I accidentally saw an article where I seemed to have met a confidant. After reading it, I really benefited a lot.

The article talked about this situation in work or life, you must first give up struggling, just follow the trend and let the reality push away. Anyway, the situation should not be bad anymore. Similarly, the current situation is constantly changing. Today’s situation will not last forever, and tomorrow’s turning point may come soon. Moreover, his fortune and strength are constantly changing. Instead of struggling, he should calm down and wait for a better time. Wait for the spirit to come down, and then try other things.

There is no need to fear, and fear cannot solve the problem. Although feels unable to turn over is very uncomfortable, but what can be done. How can you not encounter a few unusual upsets in your life, and how can you guarantee that you are surrounded by people similar to yourself.

After reading this article, I was greatly inspired. I started to no longer care about the attitudes of people around me towards me, relax, live in the moment, and do what I should do. Once I feel down or influenced by others, I will immediately jump out of my mind to analyze myself as a bystander.

Do what you should do when you get home, only care about what you are doing right now. When you start to think about it, just sit down and meditate, let yourself be free during meditation, and only focus on observing your breathing, so that your heart becomes peaceful.

There is another method that I find very useful,It is to distract myself and try to do something that interests me outside of work.
