use 和 to 天生就是一对。他们通常有以下几种搭配和用法，我们一起来看看吧~
• used to do sth.
过去常常做某事（暗含现在不做了）
比如：
I used to pour time and energy into projects that were doomed from the start.
我过去常常将大量时间和精力投入到从开始就注定要失败的计划中。
Mum and I used to fall out a lot.
我和妈妈过去经常争吵。
• be used to doing sth. / be used to sth.
是指习惯于做某事（注意：这里的to 是介词！！）
比如：
He is used to living here now.
他已经习惯住在这儿了。
We are a proud people. We are not used to begging or taking things.
我们是有自尊的民族。我们不习惯乞讨或接受施舍。（还记得之前讲的"people"吗？）
• be used to do sth.
这是一个被动语态，表示被用来做某事。对应的主动语态是：use sth. to do sth.
Yoga can be used to strengthen the immune system.
瑜伽能增强人体免疫系统。
Antibiotics should be used to clear up the infection
应该用抗生素消除感染。
