赫茨伯格的雙因素理論


1959年,美國心理學家赫茨伯格在廣泛調查的基礎上出版了《工作與激勵》一書,正式提出了激勵的雙因素理論。


(1)保健因素。當保健因素低於一定水平時,會引起職工的不滿;當這類因素得到改善時,職工的不滿就會消除。保健因素可以歸納為10項:企業的政策與行政管理;監督:與上級的關係;與同事的關係;與下級的關係:工資:工作安全:個人生活;工作條件;地位。

(1) Health care factors. When the health care factor is lower than a certain level, it will cause dissatisfaction among employees; When such factors are improved, the dissatisfaction of employees will be eliminated. Health factors can be summarized into 10 items:

(2)激勵因素。這類因素具備時,可以起到明顯的激勵作用。不具備時,也不會造成職工的極大不滿。這個因素歸納起來有6種:工作上的成就感;受到重視:提升:工作本身的性質:個人發展的可能性。責任。


激勵因素是以工作為中心的,保健因素則與工作的外部環境有關。研究中還發現,當職工受到很大激勵時,他對外部環境的不利能產生很大的耐性;反之,就不可能有這種耐性。


(2) Motivating factors. When such factors are present, they can play a significant incentive role. When it is not available, it will not cause great dissatisfaction among employees.


This factor can be summarized into 6 types: a sense of accomplishment at work; Valued: Promotion: The nature of the work itself: the possibility of personal development. Liability.


Motivators are work-centric, while health factors are related to the external environment of work.


The study also found that when employees are greatly motivated, they can develop great patience for the disadvantages of the external environment; Conversely, there can be no such patience.
