今年以來，慶雲縣積極開展農村人居環境整治工作，結合新時代文明實踐積分獎勵模式，提高了群眾參與人居環境整治的積極性。同時嚴務鄉將環境衛生整治、美麗庭院創建、文體活動、宣傳宣講等各類文明實踐活動納入積分管理，制定文明超市積分兌換流程。群眾每參加一次志願服務活動，給予一定加分，並不斷拓展完善積分的文明「內涵」。
「志願者會在村裡定期搞活動，有的時候是政策宣講，有的時候是文藝表演，我們有煩心事也喜歡找志願者說，他們會給我們提供解決辦法。」嚴務鄉嚴務村村民吳金蘭說。
慶雲縣始終堅持群眾在哪裡，文明實踐陣地就延伸到哪裡。從群眾期待和需求出發，結合工作實際，尤其是在人居環境整治過程中，充分發揮新時代文明實踐所、站功能，通過新時代文明實踐志願服務帶動作用，將「積分制」與人居環境整治工作有機融合。
截至目前，全縣已有72600餘名村民參與到人居環境整治工作中，3620餘名村民在「文明積分超市」兌換商品。
