囫圇吞棗
從前，有一個年輕人，他邊走路邊吃着梨。
這時候，迎面走過來一位老人。看到年輕人大口地吃着梨，他忍不住說：「年輕人啊，梨可不宜吃得太多。雖然它對牙齒有好處，但是吃多了對脾胃不好。」
年輕人聽了，連忙從口袋裡拿出幾顆棗，問老人：「那棗怎麼樣呢？對身體好不好？」
老人回答：「棗倒是有補脾的作用，但是吃多了會傷害牙齒。」
年輕人聽了，想了一會兒，又眉開眼笑了。
他對老人說：「哦，我有辦法了。我可以吃梨的時候，只在嘴裏嚼一嚼，不咽到肚子里去；吃棗的時候，不用牙齒咬，把棗整顆吞下去。這樣，就可以既不傷脾胃，又不壞牙齒了。」 說完，把棗放進嘴裏，一口吞了下去，結果立刻被噎住了。
