結構當把so和such至於句首時，需要進行倒裝。
一、so...that...
在so... that…結構中，若將so+adj. / adv. 置於句首，則其後的主句要用部分倒裝（只把系動詞，情態動詞，助動詞或表語放在主語之前）
So small was the mark that I could hardly see it. 標記太小了，我幾乎看不見。
So fast does light travel that we can hardly imagine its speed. 光速如此之快，我們幾乎無法想象它的速度。
So cold was the weather that we had to stay at home.

二、Such…that 倒裝有兩種用法
1） such +形容詞+名詞+be+主語+that…
Such a beautiful woman was she that I fell in love immediately.

Such a nice day was it that I went on an excursion. 天氣這麼好，我去遠足了。
2) such was the…that… 此時such=so great
such 作為代詞，用作表語時，可以放在句首產生倒裝語序。
Such was the flood that many people became homeless.
這次洪災很嚴重，以致許多人都無家可歸。
Such is the size of the problem that these arguments are purely academic.
問題的實情在於這些論點純屬空談。
