赫茨伯格的双因素理论


1959年,美国心理学家赫茨伯格在广泛调查的基础上出版了《工作与激励》一书,正式提出了激励的双因素理论。


(1)保健因素。当保健因素低于一定水平时,会引起职工的不满;当这类因素得到改善时,职工的不满就会消除。保健因素可以归纳为10项:企业的政策与行政管理;监督:与上级的关系;与同事的关系;与下级的关系:工资:工作安全:个人生活;工作条件;地位。

(2)激励因素。这类因素具备时,可以起到明显的激励作用。不具备时,也不会造成职工的极大不满。这个因素归纳起来有6种:工作上的成就感;受到重视:提升:工作本身的性质:个人发展的可能性。责任。


激励因素是以工作为中心的,保健因素则与工作的外部环境有关。研究中还发现,当职工受到很大激励时,他对外部环境的不利能产生很大的耐性;反之,就不可能有这种耐性。


(2) Motivating factors. When such factors are present, they can play a significant incentive role. When it is not available, it will not cause great dissatisfaction among employees.

Motivators are work-centric, while health factors are related to the external environment of work.


The study also found that when employees are greatly motivated, they can develop great patience for the disadvantages of the external environment; Conversely, there can be no such patience.
