1.cold fish

冷魚？其實是用來形容情緒不會表露出來的人。

例句：

She is such a cold fish that it's hard to know what she is thinking about.

她是一個不會將情緒表露出來的人，因此很難知道她在想什麼。

2. to drink like a fish

像魚一樣的喝？表示喝很多，尤其指喝很多酒。

例句：

He drank like a fish when he was in Germany during Oktoberfest.

3.a big fish in a small pond

字面上是一條大魚在小池塘中，也就是一個小地方或小公司的大人物。

例句：

4. like a fish out of water

擠得像罐頭裡的沙丁魚一樣，也就是儘可能將將物品塞滿，或是人努力地擠進去。

7. to have the memory of a goldfish

金魚只有7秒鐘的記憶，擁有金魚的記憶，也就是我們所熟知的金魚腦啦！用來形容人們記憶非常的差，很容易忘東忘西。
