on april 13th, the 4th china international consumer products expo (cicpe) kicked off in hainan. in the afternoon of the same day, department of commerce of guangdong province held the "guangdong trade nationwide" 2024 guangdong industrial investment promotion conference in haikou, where 8 companies conducted signing activities, with project amounts totaling 380 million yuan.
reporters on the scene learned that guangdong recently introduced a series of policies, including the "20 measures for investment promotion" and the "17 measures for promoting foreign investment in manufacturing." in 2023, these initiatives resulted in a reduction of corporate burdens by over 200 billion yuan. this year, a new batch of policies aimed at strengthening the innovation capabilities of enterprises and reducing logistics costs will be launched.
as a manufacturing powerhouse, guangdong boasts impressive statistics: it manufactures over 30% of the world's mobile phones and smart home appliances, 50% of 5g equipment, 70% of commercial drones, and 12% of new energy vehicles. in 2023, the province's gdp reached 13.57 trillion yuan, maintaining its position as the national leader for 35 consecutive years. industrial investment grew by 22.2%, maintaining double-digit growth for 36 consecutive months. guangdong is home to 71,000 large-scale industrial enterprises, ranking first in china.
these figures and examples vividly demonstrate guangdong's prominent advantages as a manufacturing and consumption base, both in terms of supply and demand, as well as its robust development momentum. they also reflect the continued optimism of global entrepreneurs regarding guangdong's development prospects.
the promotion conference also featured on-site signing activities focusing on commodity procurement, market cooperation, brand collaboration, and more. eight companies signed contracts totaling 380 million yuan.
among them, guangzhou chenliji great health industry co.,ltd. signed a 50 million yuan market cooperation development agreement with hainan juxiangzhai trading co.,ltd.;guangdong hengxing food supply chain co.,ltd. signed a 300 million yuan targeted procurement agreement with aquaverve (asia) co. ltd.;guangzhou fuyin trading co.,ltd. signed a 20 million yuan brand collaboration agreement with hainan tangyi trading co.,ltd.;and shenzhen grandsun electronics co.,ltd. signed a 10 million yuan purchase and sales agreement with hainan hongke trading co.,ltd.
"since 2021, chenliji has signed cooperation agreements with hainan companies at the cicpe for four consecutive years. currently, we have opened four offline stores in hainan, with enthusiastic market responses," said chen dan, marketing director of guangzhou chenliji great health industry co.,ltd.,to yangcheng evening news. "our participation and cooperation at this event signify our continued expansion and strengthening of our presence in the hainan market."
"last year, we participated in the cicpe for the first time and deeply felt the tremendous vitality of the platform. not only did we observe the latest international consumption trends here and learn from other exhibiting companies, but we also met many customers," said zhang sheng, executive director of fuyin (china) trading co.,ltd.
zhang sheng explained that after signing, hainan tangyi trading co.,ltd. will be responsible for selling fuyin's products in the hainan region, with brands such as da a sports entering haikou guanlanhu new city shopping center and sanya hongshulin shopping center.
it is reported that this promotion conference also contributed to 29 new cooperation projects in investment and trade between guangdong, hainan, and other countries and regions, with a total cooperation amount of approximately 2.19 billion yuan.

第四屆消博會開展首日，廣東團簽約金額3.8億元！
4月13日，第四屆中國國際消費品博覽會在海南開幕。13日下午，廣東省商務廳在海口舉辦「粵貿全國」2024廣東產業招商推介會，現場8家企業舉行了簽約活動，項目金額達3.8億元。
記者在現場了解到，目前，廣東出台了「招商引資20條」「製造業外資17條」等系列重要文件，2023年為企業新增減負超2000億元，今年還將在強化企業創新主體地位、降低物流成本等方面推出一批新的惠企政策。
廣東是製造大省，全球超30%的手機和智能家電、50%的5g設備、70%的商用無人機、12%的新能源汽車都是廣東製造。數據顯示，2023年，廣東省地區生產總值達13.57萬億元，連續35年居全國首位；工業投資增長22.2%，連續36個月保持兩位數增長；規上工業企業7.1萬家，居全國第一。
這些數據和案例，充分彰顯出廣東作為製造大省、消費大省在供給端和需求端的突出優勢以及澎湃的發展動力，也反映出全球企業家對廣東發展前景的持續看好。
推介會還舉辦了現場簽約活動，圍繞商品採購、市場合作、品牌共創等項目，現場8家企業舉行了簽約活動，項目金額達3.8億元。
其中，廣州市陳李濟大健康產業有限公司與海南橘香齋商貿有限公司簽訂5000萬元市場合作發展協議；廣東恆興食品供應鏈有限公司與 aquaverve (asia) co. ltd.簽訂3億元定向採購協議；廣州市富銀貿易有限公司與海南棠逸貿易有限公司簽訂2000萬元品牌共創協議；深圳市冠旭電子股份有限公司與海南泓科貿易有限公司簽訂1000萬元購銷協議。
「自2021年起，陳李濟已經連續四年與海南企業在消博會上簽訂合作協議，目前已在海南開設四家陳李濟陳皮線下門店，市場反響熱烈。」作為消博會的「老朋友」，廣州市陳李濟大健康產業有限公司市場總監陳丹向羊城晚報記者表示，「此次參展參會，我們與海南企業達成了五千萬級的戰略合作，這也標誌着陳李濟將在海南市場繼續拓土深耕。」。
「去年我們第一次參加了消博會，深刻感受到了消博會平台的強大活力，我們不僅在這裡看到國際最前沿的消費趨勢，與同台展示的企業在競合中學習，還在這裡結識了不少客戶。」富銀（中國）貿易有限公司執行董事張勝表示。
張勝介紹，簽約後，海南棠逸貿易有限公司將負責富銀旗下品牌在海南區域的銷售，大a體育等品牌將于海口觀瀾湖新城購物中心、三亞紅樹林購物中心亮相。
據悉，本場推介會還收集了粵瓊兩省及廣東省與境外國家和地區投資、貿易新合作項目29個，經貿合作總金額約21.9億元。
