Recently, with the precise placement of the last 35-meter prefabricated T-beam, the erection of the main line of the three-pier interchange reconstruction project of the Hangzhou Ring Expressway has been completed. At this point, the entire main line of the bridge has been successfully completed, and the project has entered the final stage of the bridge ancillary projects and the large-area pavement construction.

Hangzhou Ring Expressway Sand Interchange Renovation Project is located at the intersection of Liushi Expressway and Hangzhou Ring Expressway. The three-pier interchange after the reconstruction of
adopts a turbine-type full interchange solution, and opens up the "bottleneck" section between the Liushi Expressway. The main construction content of the

project includes the demolition of the current interchange ramps and the construction of eight new interchange ramps, with a total length of about 7.26 kilometers. Simultaneously build an overpass of about 3.3 kilometers in the east-west direction as part of the western extension of Liushi Expressway, and set up two ramps to communicate with the current situation of Zhenhua West Road. At the same time, the current ramp toll station was demolished, and two new ramp toll stations and one management room were built.
Breakthrough of two major construction difficulties

Steel box girder Cross-circuit erection is one of the key construction nodes in the project's elevated part and is also the most difficult node in the entire project construction process. There are 5 cross-border expressways in the
project, with busy traffic and large traffic. During the cross-border construction, traffic guidance is required to ensure normal traffic. Another construction difficulty of the

project is the erection of river-related steel box beams. The
project has a total of 2 large-span steel-concrete beams involving rivers, with a single span length of 70 meters, and temporary piers need to be installed in sections. Since the river section involved is a navigation channel, a 22-meter navigation net width must be ensured during the construction process.

Sand interchange reconstruction project is planned to be fully completed in May
