Wang Yirong denied it one after another, but he discovered that the characters on the oracle bone inscriptions turned out to be ancient characters.
Then, told Fan Weiqing and others that he wanted these words to ask if there were any, and if there were, he was willing to pay a high price. When Fan Weiqing brought the news to Xiaotun, Henan, the people there boiled. Although, the Oracle Shang Dynasty lineage table subverted the cognition we gained from "Historical Records". However, they all confirmed the existence of the Shang dynasty and laid a solid foundation for future generations to study the Shang dynasty. These oracle bone inscriptions were as important as Sima Qian.
