In recent years, Sony has released a number of PS-exclusive games to the PC platform, and most of them have been warmly welcomed by PC players. However, the first performance of "Unknown Seas: Legend of the Thieves" launched a few days ago was quite bleak, much less popular than the previous four Sony games.

According to Steamdb data, the Steam version of "Unknown Seas" has been launched since the launch, and the highest number of online users is only 9,460, which is relatively unpopular, because the previous four PC games released by Sony are much more popular than this:
"Horizon: Zero Dawn Full Version" - the highest number of online users on the first release: 56,557
" No longer " - the highest number of online users on the first release: Number of people: 27450
" God of War 4" - the highest number of people online for the first time: 73529
"Marvel Spider-Man Remake" - the highest number of people online for the first time: 66436

You can see that even "The Past Never Again" with a slightly lower rating in the industry, there were nearly 30,000 online players at the beginning, and "Unknown Seas" has not even reached 10,000, which is really shocking. After all, the game quality of "Unknown Seas 4" itself is quite high, and it is definitely not inferior to works such as "Never Again" and "Horizon".

So why does "The Sea of God" have such a performance? Some players have also given some possible reasons, such as:
1, "Underworld" PC version was too little publicity before it was launched and the promotion was not enough;
2, "Rogue Legend Collection" is the fourth work in the "Underworld" series. Some new players may want to play the first three works first, so wait and see for the time being;
3, "Underworld 4" was released too long, and the PC version is priced as high as the new 3A works;
4, the release time was not selected well, and there are many popular new PC works recently, so the attention of "Underworld" is relatively lower.
I wonder what everyone thinks about this?
